The real issue lies not in the external circumstances but in how you perceive and react to them, often without even realizing it.

 

The heart of the problem is that many of us live on the surface, conditioned to chase societal benchmarks of success and happiness. But beneath that, there's a profound need for spiritual and emotional alignment that goes unaddressed. Without this alignment, you may find yourself repeatedly falling into patterns of self-sabotage and limiting beliefs that keep true satisfaction just out of reach. 

 

The root of this pain lies in not being connected with your higher self, leading to a life that feels unfulfilled and stagnant. It's not just about improving what you do or how you look, but transforming how you see yourself and the world.

I don't recognize Courtney on the left and I'm not just referencing my over bleached blonde hair but in all of the ways in which I was misguided in my attempts of self-care. I understand the frustration of feeling like you're meant for more yet not knowing where to start. I know firsthand the weight of feeling unfulfilled and disconnected from your true potential.

 

My own journey started with a deep-seated curiosity and the pain of being bullied, which left me grappling with low self-esteem. I spent years trying to find solace and confidence through fitness and self-improvement, but something still felt off. It wasn't until I faced my own patterns of numbing and escape—whether through work, fitness, or unhealthy habits—that I truly began to understand the importance of aligning with my highest self.

This realization was not easy. It came with its own set of trials, including health challenges and personal losses that pushed me towards substances as a coping mechanism. But each challenge was a stepping stone to deeper insight and ultimately, a transformation that led me to embrace sobriety and a healthier lifestyle. Now, as your empowerment coach, I bring these lessons to you—not just what I’ve learned from personal experience, but the strategies that have helped me help others step into their own power. Together, we can confront these obstacles, not to linger on them but to leap beyond them, empowering you to live the life you are truly meant to lead.

 

Together, we can face these challenges and start paving the way towards a life filled with purpose and joy.

I am a certified Somatic Breathwork facilitator, pilates instructor, podcaster and have worked in the coaching industry since 2020. 

 

My passion and mission is to help women raise the standards for themselves and become aligned with their highest self. 
 

I describe my approach as "blunt with a side of woo woo" including a blend of holistic practices, somatic breathwork, and spirituality to help you tap into your inner confidence and rewrite the stories you tell yourself.  My role is to guide ambitious women on a journey to align with their true selves, moving past self-doubt and limiting beliefs.
